Profiler Aquadopp - 5457

Aquadopp Current Meter measure water currents at one level. The Aquadopp Current Meter, henceforth called Aquadopp, has three acoustic transducers that can be arranged in a variety of head configurations. Current meters are simple to use and appropriate when only one measurement point is required, or when measurements at great depths are of interest. The Aquadopp is available as 2 MHz systems. The Current Meters are equipped with temperature, compass, tilt and pressure sensors, and an internal battery pack that enables autonomous deployments for very long periods of time.

The R&S FSH is a handheld spectrum analyzer and depending on the model and the options installed - a power meter, a cable and antenna tester and a two-port vector network analyzer. It provides the three most important RF analysis functions that an RF service technician or an installation and maintenance team needs to solve daily routine measurement tasks. For example, it can be used for maintaining or installing transmitter systems, checking cables and antennas, assessing signal quality in broadcasting, radiocommunications and service, measuring electric field strength or in simple lab applications. The R&S FSH can perform any of these tasks quickly, reliably and with high measurement accuracy.

The D8 DISCOVER is an all purpose X-ray analyzer family which can be configured for all X-ray diffraction- and scattering-based material research applications, including qualitative and quantitative phase analysis, structure analysis, high-resolution X-ray diffraction, reflectometry, reciprocal space mapping, gracing incidence diffraction (in-plane GID), gracing incidence small angle X-ray scattering (GISAXS), stress and texture analysis, and micro-diffraction, depending on accessories.
The proposed set-up enables researchers to perform in-situ X-ray diffraction studies of gas-solid interaction, the characterization of battery and also enables a state-of-the-art characterization technique called pair distribution function analysis (PDF). The set-up has three main components:
1) a powder diffractometer fitted with a high energy source (Mo Kalpha, 17.5 keV), two high sensitivity detectors (transmission and reflection geometry) and focusing X-ray optics (monochromator and mirrors).
2) a high pressure/high temperature cell connected to a high pressure gas delivery system. The ensemble is compatible with a variety of gases including flammable and toxic gases.
3) a battery device for punch cell characterization (transmission) allowing the simultaneous measurement of cathode and anode during charge/discharge cycle and also including a heating cooling module.

Xenon Difluoride (XeF2) based vapor phase etch system is used for isotropic and selective etching of silicon. The XeF2 reaction is purely chemical and spontaneous. Being vapor phase etchant, XeF2 avoids many issues associated with wet processing especially stiction. It has a very high selectivity of silicon to photo-resist, silicon dioxide, silicon nitride and aluminum. The Xactix X3 is a dual expansion chamber design which allows high XeF2 gas flows and pressure which in turn leads to a high etch rate without dilution from carrier gases.

Wafer – Silicon, germanium, molybdenum, titanium, tantalum, do not include liquids or powders. Wafer diameter up to 8-inch can be accommodated. ​
